Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a doctor referral letter?
If you are suffering from an illness for which you are under the care of your doctor, and are unsure about having a massage, please visit me where you can collect a form in order to advise your GP as in come cases; complex issues may require a letter stating approval for treatment.
Due to Covid restrictions I now offer you 15 minutes consultation via the telephone before your first visit.
For your first visit please leave enough time to find us. You are advised to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointed time. If you are running late we will not be able to go over your appointed time, but make every effort to give you the best treatment possible with the remaining time that you do have.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing is ideal. During your massage treatment you will be asked to undress only down to underwear and covered with a large towel. Only the areas being treated at that time will be visible to me, whilst covering the rest of the body.
Can I bring my child/baby with me?
We recommend you arrange childcare in order to allow you to have quality time for your therapy.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your health condition, lifestyle and goals –we recommend purchasing packages, which are of great financial benefit, and assist you in improving your condition.
Is Parking Available?
Parking is free in the neighbouring streets.
How do you take payments?
We take payments via Paypal, Credit or Debit Card or you can make a Bank Transfer prior your appointment.
Will my health insurance pay for my treatment?
Generally Holistic Massage is not covered. You will need to check with your policy provider. Remember if you’re Self Employed and the Holistic Massage sessions help you with work and your health then keep your receipts for your tax return.
